Took my daughter here, no appointment. We were greeted by friendly staff members whom took the time to answers a few questions. As we were walk-ins they were able to "work" us in, only waited 20 mins Max. The 2 ladies that do the testing area were very friendly as well. Dr Prince was very knowledgeable and took the time with you. He didn't rush through the exam, he then took the time to explain the results to you and asked if you had any questions or concerns. Very pleased, will be going there for the rest of my families eye exams. Keep up the good work EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

I was extremely clueless when it came to my first set of contacts. I didn’t get the wonderful woman’s name at the front desk, while speaking to her, she felt like family. So easy to talk to, she even got me with the right brand of contacts. Both ladies upfront were phenomenal. Everyone's business needs ladies like these up front! Extremely informative, helpful, and sweet staff!! Love it here! I will be returning and recommending iCare 20/20 to everyone! 🙂
